The hotel's location is ideal, with easy access to key attractions like the Danube river cruise and the main plaza, where multiple transportation options are available. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with excellent showers and the rare supply of washcloths. The staff provides outstanding service, with friendly and helpful employees at the front desk, concierge, and breakfast buffet.
The breakfast buffet was average and the service was lacking.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with the kids. The location was ideal, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice upgrade. The club lounge had a balcony for smokers. They even arranged a birthday cake and roses for my wife. Great experience overall!

I was delighted with the prime location of the hotel, situated right in the heart of the city. Everything was within easy reach. The hotel building exuded elegance and sophistication. I was pleased to be able to check-in early, a small gesture, made a big difference to my stay. The room on the top floor provided amazing views of Budapest's rooftops, and I enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep. Access to the Club Lounge was a treat, with delicious food and drinks available throughout the day. The staff, though occasionally distracted, were attentive, going the extra mile with handwritten notes. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton in Budapest.

Location is perfect for visiting Christmas markets, with taxi and metro stations nearby. Staff went above and beyond, rooms were beautiful with comfortable beds and soft, great-smelling sheets. Breakfast had lots of options and was delicious. Great experience, highly recommend upgrading to a club room.

The hotel's location was perfect for our romantic escape. It was right in the heart of the shopping district and surrounded by great restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the city and enjoying a variety of dining options. the hotel's decor was excellent and created a luxurious and elegant atmosphere. We reminded me of we were indulging in a special getaway.
One aspect that was disappointing was the size of the shower box in our Beautiful Room. It was quite small and made for a slightly uncomfortable shower experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in central Budapest. The location couldn't be better - it was right in front of the main subway stop and within walking distance of all attractions. The room was spacious and the bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The hotel facilities were great, with a clean and modern spa that provided a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was over the top, with a beautiful spread and delicious options to choose from. The staff were friendly and always ready to help and advise - they even printed out information about the event we were interested in and left us a little gift.

The location of the hotel is superb, right in the center of the city and near all the key attractions in Pest. You can easily explore the city on foot and access various restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. The "Kitchen" restaurant offers delicious cuisine and the staff provides excellent service. The room was spacious and well-furnished, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was also top-notch, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste. the hotel provides excellent facilities such as a gym and a spa.
It's disappointing that the air-conditioning in some rooms didn't work properly, making it uncomfortable to sleep during warm nights.

From the moment we arrived, the staff at this hotel made us feel like VIPs. Our room was luxurious, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our every need. the Spa and wellness center was top, notch, and the indoor swimming pool was a perfect spot to relax after a busy day of sightseeing.
The only minor issue we encountered was with the service at check, in. It took longer than expected to be given access to our room.
